At Park Plaza Westminster Bridge of PPHE Hotel Group we’re looking to recruit a Guest Services Supervisor to take responsibility for delivering excellent customer service skills and will be able to supervise a team of Guest Service Agents to ensure the smooth running of the switchboard and Business Centre in a fast-paced high volume 4* deluxe hotel.
As Guest Services Supervisor you will need to ensure that the team offers an outstanding experience to our guests at all time and provide efficient, prompt, trouble free and courteous service to our guests. As well as making sure the switchboard is manned at all times.

We are looking for
The ideal candidate for the role will:
Be able to demonstrate supervisory skills
Be able to differentiate between different guest types and in-house guests
Be able to demonstrate experience in complaint handling
Have good telephone manner
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Excellent customer service skills and is passionate about exceeding guest expectations
Able to work in a fast paced working environment and remain calm under pressure
Possess a good command of English and has excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Have excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and be able to connect with other live up to our mission statement: Inspiring our guests through individuality and passion!
