By using hh.md you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Who we are

hh.md is owned by P.P.Z. HEADHUNTER SRL (IDNO 1010600007049, MD-2012, Chișinău, 22 Pușkin St., office 337, Republic of Moldova). Contact: privacy@hh.md.

2. What hh.md is

hh.md is a platform where employers post vacancies and job seekers post résumés. Posting is free; promotion services are paid, at the prices shown in your account. We are not a party to any employment relationship and do not guarantee hiring.

3. Account

• One person or one company — one account; registration data must be true.
• You are responsible for your password and for actions taken from your account.
• Job seekers must be at least 16 years old.

4. Posting rules

• A listing must describe a real vacancy or a real résumé. Prohibited: fraud, pyramid schemes, "jobs" requiring upfront payment, advertising disguised as a vacancy, duplicate listings.
• Discriminatory requirements unrelated to the nature of the work and offensive content are prohibited.
• Links in listing text are available to users of paid services; for others they are removed automatically.
• We check listings automatically (including AI anti-spam) and manually, and may hide, edit or delete a listing, restrict or close an account without explanation if these Terms are violated.

5. Candidate data — recruitment only

An employer who obtains access to candidates' contacts and résumés undertakes to:

• use them solely for recruiting for its own company and a specific vacancy;
• not build résumé databases (including by automated means), copy, transfer to third parties, sell or use them for mailings, advertising or staffing services without a contract with us;
• delete the data once recruitment is complete, unless the law requires otherwise;
• comply with Moldovan Law No. 195/2024 on personal data protection as an independent controller of the data received.

Violation leads to immediate account suspension and a report to the National Centre for Personal Data Protection.

6. Paid services

Prices and scope are those shown in your account at the time of ordering. A service is activated once payment is received; amounts for a service stopped due to a violation of these Terms are not refunded. Accounting documents are available on request.

7. Intellectual property and automated access

The design, code, listing databases and texts of the site are protected by law. Scraping, bulk downloading and any automated collection of site content without our written consent are prohibited. The author of a listing keeps the rights to the text and allows us to publish, translate, index and display it in search engines.

8. Liability

The site is provided "as is". We are not liable for the content of listings, the actions of employers and job seekers, or service interruptions. The company's liability is in any case limited to the amount you paid for services in the last 12 months.

9. Changes and governing law

We may change these Terms; the new version applies from its publication on this page. The law of the Republic of Moldova applies; disputes are resolved by the courts at the company's seat unless the law provides otherwise.
