The Strathdon Hotel is 4 star hotel conveniently situated on Derby Road. Our aim is to be an international deluxe brand, driven by the highest standards of quality and service. We are recruiting for Receptionists to join our team. The successful candidate will ensure that customer satisfaction is maintained at the highest level by providing a high quality and pro-active service for the client. To ensure effective communication with client, peers, buildingusers and management at all times.

Role Summary: Provide helpdesk, front of house, concierge services, logistics and admin support duties. These duties to be performed in rotation, it is anticipated that approx. 20% of your loading will be spent on each work stream. Act as key point of contact and provide an exceptional Customer Service experience to all staff and visitors to site. Provide a prompt, efficient and polite response to both visitors and internal customers either face to face, via the telephone and e-mail communication Respond in a professional and courteous manner to every caller, recording all requests for service to accurately reflect correct priority for work based on health, safety, business criticality and customer expectation. Maintaining a professional and effective service in all Front office areas.

Experience Required: Experience of similar customer care role; commitment to team culture and approach to service delivery; able to deal with clients & staff at all levels; flexible and willing approach to work, Good IT skills (Word, Excel, Lotus Notes ) Able to organise and prioritise own workload to ensure high level image is maintained in front of house area. Presentable image and excellent communication skills. Ability to organise workload and multi-task where necessary. Self-motivated.
