We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Hotel Reception Manager to work in an existing established team.
As the Reception Manager you will be responsible for the operation of the quality of service delivered from the team to the hotel guest along with supervising the greeting of clients and visitors, to the highest standards, managing and motivate a team of receptionists, monitoring performance including appraisals, recruiting new staff and carry out training sessions supervise the reservation of meeting-rooms, as required, on the system; the efficient taking and delivery of clients; messages; and the care and collection of unaccompanied luggage and to promote best practice and client/customer care at all times and to supervise the "meet and greet" service.
As the Reception Manager you must have managed a hotel reception previously with strong leadership skills, extensive Front Office skills and People Management skills are the main attributes needed for this role.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate proficiency in all Opera and Microsoft packages. Interpersonal skills are equally important as you will need to cultivate great team work across the whole team.
