Euroanswer is looking to hire for a new project developed in partnership with an UK/US based TOP contact center - a leader in providing platforms, people and services to support high-value interactions at every stage of the customer life cycle.

Location: Bucharest, Romania or Galati, Romania or Skopje, Macedonia

Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm, friendly and personal inbound customer service to prospective customers through inbound voice, email, web chat and social media.
- Take every opportunity to excel through every interaction by showing an energetic interest in customers, having a natural approach in communication, becoming a local expert and being an advocate for the brand
- Adherence to agreed processes, service level agreements and driving and exceeding individual and team targets.
- Proactively seeks ways to improve the customer experience through each interaction
- Take ownership to enhance own self development within the role to ensure sufficient knowledge to excel in the role
- Multitask and adapt in a fast paced environment
- Proactively seek feedback on ways to improve individual performance
