Profile and qualifications:

• Degree in Accounting or Finance;
• Master degree or CIPA (or other related international qualification) studies would be a plus;
• Proven 7+ years of experience in accounting, accounting recovery and tax optimization;
• Previous working experience in keeping accounting for activities as trade, production, restaurants and NGOs is a must;
• Experience in payroll is a must;
• Previous working experience in a national/multinational accounting/tax services providing company is a big advantage;
• Experience in HR would be a big advantage;
• Strong knowledge of local Accounting and Tax Legislation; NAS (National Accounting Standards) knowledge is a must;
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles;
• Very good knowledge in operating within the accounting software 1C8.3;
• Ability to manage a group of senior and junior accountants;
• Ability to manage the internal processes setting up for accounting and HR services;
• Ability to manage the internal reporting system;
• Ability to set up KPIs for the accountants under the supervision and competence to evaluate their fulfillment and performance;
• Ability to organize the accountants’ activities: distribution of their tasks and responsibilities, monitoring their fulfillment, daily reporting and commitments;
• Ability to communicate and solve any sort of requests from clients related to the accounting services or tax consulting;
• Detail oriented, organized, committed to deadlines and autonomous;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus;
• Proficiency with ICT tools, including MS Office software;
• Romanian, Russian and English is a must; other language would be a plus;
• Good multi-tasking skills;
• Team working;
• Fast learning capacity and high level of confidentiality.
