Position Purpose:
The incumbent is responsible for coordinating and administrating all processes related to company’s vehicle fleet (budgeting, procurement, allocation, maintenance, repair, communication with internal clients and suppliers). He/she is also responsible for coordinating EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) activities.
Job requirements:
• University degree (technical degree represents an advantage);
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role; experience within an international environment represents a strong asset;
• Knowledge of legislation (insurance, vehicles);
• Highly developed communication and negotiation skills;
• Very good planning & organizing skills, attention to details;
• Proactive attitude;
• Good English knowledge;
• Good PC skills: MS Office;
• Driving license.
