Position Purpose:
The incumbent is responsible for providing support in developing the training & development strategy within local organization. He/she is also accountable for designing training programs to sustain organization development and performance as well as delivering training and coaching sessions.

Job requirements:
* University degree;
* Minimum one year of experience in a similar role; experience
within an international environment represents an advantage;
* Experience in sales represents an asset;
* Highly developed communication and presentation skills;
* Very good planning & organizing skills;
* Proactive attitude;
* Good English knowledge;
* Good PC skills: MS Office;
* Driving license.
