Responsibilities:
• Maintains OMD car fleet records
• Develops and manages the car fleet order system
• Keeps evidence of fuel tickets /cards and car wash tickets for OMD vehicles
• Collects, verifies and reports the way bills
• Supervises annual technical inspection and ecologic examination of OMD vehicles
• Completes all necessary documentation in regards of the vehicle registration, payments and write-off
• Keeps records of OMD car accidents
• Defines and monitors the budget for vehicle maintenance and repair portfolio
• Evaluates and monitors fuel consumption

Requirements:
• Experience in car fleet management
• Good analytical skills
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing in Romanian and Russian
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
• Knowledge of PC (Word and Excel)
