Position purpose:
Contribute to growth of market share and continuous business development on the assigned territory., through effective coverage, marketing portfolio support and efficient allocation of available resources

Accountabilities:
- Conduct retail census on the assigned territory to gain regularly updated comprehensive knowledge of POS and trade channels
- Develop, propose and agree on optimal coverage scheme of the assigned territory, as well as continuously building retail communication platform and executing product merchandising in accordance with merchandising guidelines.
- Achieve and maintain targeted visibility of products and share of space
- Educate and motivate customers to adhere to agreed portfolio, maintain optimal product stock and follow implementation of consumer information activities.
- Plan, propose and agree on number of required cycle-related temporary POSM items.
- In a thorough and accurate manner collect and update on a regular basis all required information at designated supply chain.

Requirements:
- College/University
- Higher education is a must
- Overall Experience: FMCG (1-2 years experience of Sales Agent /Merchandiser is a plus)
- Specific Experience: Merchandising
- Russian/Romanian: fluent
- English: pre - intermediate
- PC skills: MS office
- Driving license and active driving experience more than 1 year
