Project Manager with experience in Telecom

We are looking for a Project Manager with experience in Telecom fluent speaking in Russian, English, Romanian that can be full time onsite.

Other requirements:
- Good University degree.
- Experience in IT company.
- Experience in high performance system and computer communication protocols.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Experience in contacts with customers.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of mobile telecoms.
