A lead generator finds valid contact details and establishes the initial contact with a potential client. The objective is to find out if this client would be interested in our services. In case so, the customer is considered a lead and is handed over to a sales person, to close the deal.
By establishing the willingness of a potential client to consider a proposition, the lead generator saves time of the sales person. This allows the team as a whole to achieve better sales results.

Responsibilities:
- Collecting contact details
- Prospecting (searching for and calling upon potential customers)
- Qualifying prospects
- Pre-sales presentation
- Maintaining Customer Records and Feedback

Competencies:
- Uses effective listening and questioning
- Has positive attitude
- Good communication skills
- Self-confident
