We are a boutique consulting company in HR and Management fields. We are currently looking for Junior Recruiters for our growing teams both in Chisinau and Comrat.

Job profile:
• Collects recruitment requests
• Defines the candidate profiles
• Prepares and places external job advertisements
• Screen CVs, schedules and conducts interviews
• Keeps in touch with the candidates: feedbacks and follow-up's
• Carries out reference checks for selected candidates
• Prepares recruitment reports on periodic basis
• Follows all procedures and documentation to finalize placement
• Participates in sourcing & recruitment marketing actions

Skills and Qualifications:
• University degree
• No experience is welcomed, but any kind of working experience is a plus
• Passionate for Human Resources
• The desire to learn new things and to work in the field
• Sincere, communicative and determinate
• Accuracy and attention to details
• Open-minded and ability to think outside the box
• Self-motivated, high-energy level and works well under strict deadlines
• At least Intermediate level of English or Turkish
• Good planning and organizing skills, commitment to quality, ability to multitask, flexible and adaptable to the needs of the role;
• Good knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and good internet skills;
