Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a brilliant person to understand the demands of our clients, to plan with the team execution of the projects, to monitor the progress of the work and to present final work to the client. It’s a really interesting and fun job.
We don’t care if you have a higher education or not, a lot of experience or not, you have 18 years or 50, as long you have the desire to learn and an open mind!

What a Project Manager do:

Primary interfaces with client regarding project status, budget, scope and issues
Works closely with client and collaborates with internal teams to design, develop and implement digital projects
Develop a detailed project plan and monitor progress
Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks
Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
Finishes the project, tests it and presents the project to the client
Mandatory Requirements:

Good understanding of web development and graphic design
Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Ability to work as part of a team, yet work independently on complex problems
Logical approach to problem solving and excellent eye for detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and project deliverables
Being able to work in a team
Not mandatory, but it’s a plus if you have it:
Work experience in a digital or creative agency
Proven experience as a project manager
Good English skills
A car or driving license
