Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a brilliant community manager who can enhance our brands and build strong online communities through our various social media platforms. We want you to know how to inject some personality into a high-quality written content. If you have a knack for schmoozing with influential people, a good sense of humor, an ability to analyze data, we are looking for you.
We don’t care if you have a higher education or not, a lot of experience or not, you have 18 years or 50, as long you have the desire to learn and an open mind!
What a Digital Communication Specialists do:
• Write editorial content (develop the right voice for each communication platform)
• Seed content into social networks
• Curating the brand’s social channels (Monitor the company’s social media accounts and offer constructive interaction with users)
• Develop monthly reports on emerging social media trends that will be submitted to the management and executive teams
• Collect and review social media data to develop more effective campaigns
Mandatory Requirements:
• Strong editing and English writing skills suitable for each platform, from knowing how to write a successful tweet to using effective storytelling techniques
• Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas
• Excellent eye for detail and the ability to work accurately
• Adapting fast to changing environment (You will be required to pay attention to trends on forums, sites, complaint portals, social media platforms, and blogs)
• Customer service skills to strike the balance between publicity and stimulating direct discussion with potential and actual customers
• Ability to work as part of a team, yet work independently
• Multi-tasking skills
• The ability to meet deadlines;

Not mandatory, but it’s a plus if you have it:
• Experience as a brand manager on social media.
• Experience working with and developing a marketing plan
