Position Summary:

Main Responsibilities:
- Entering into and managing positions for which you are responsible;
- Maintaining and enhancing trading models;
- Researching new market opportunities and analyzing current market trends.
Job Requirements:
- Quantitative background in math, engineering or economics;
- Strong English and Russian is a must;
- Two profitable trading strategies;
- A stock trading background with auditable reports;
- Learns new concepts quickly;
- Mental discipline and ability to solve problems under pressure;
- Ability to react calmly and quickly in an electronic trading environment;
- Values teamwork but still can think and work independently;
- Will dig in and be self-motivated and self-directed in personal growth and learning;
- Can adapt to changing situations with ease;
- Capable of maintaining focus with a strong drive for success;
- Ability to work in a competitive team.
