An opportunity is now available for an experienced Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for the management of all activities related to a administrative assistance.
The Administrative assistant main tasks are: Assisting with all aspects of administrative management, directory maintenance, logistics, equipment inventory and storage/ Managing inventory of assets and supplies, monitoring critical level of stocks, sourcing for suppliers and submitting invoice(s)/ Coordinating between departments and operating units in resolving day-to-day administrative and operational problems/ Scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, events and other similar activities/ Preparing business correspondence (often using word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation computer software)/ Managing Files/ Research and the identification of key data sources/ Performing multifaceted general office support/ Preparing meeting minutes, meeting notes and internal support materials/ Translating documentation Romania-Russian-English and vs/ All Day-to-day operation matters.

You are licensed in economics or legal fields, with at least three years working experience at Administrative Assistant position. You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, you are well organized, energetic and entrepreneurial, proactive, self-motivated to build a long term successful career. Fluent English and Romanian languages skills are mandatory.
