General Description:
A bicycle painting facility is now looking for a Production Assistant for a full-time job.

As Production Assistant you will play a key role in assisting the production team with supply chain and data entry related tasks

Core responsibilities:
Data Entry and Analyze
o Insert, update and maintain accurate data on computer systems and in archives
o Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities
o Generate necessary reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
o Analyze data and find conclusions
Supply chain:
o Implement the MRP (material requirements planning) system
o Monitor the stock levels, places orders
o Take inventory and analyze all documentation such as invoices and other supply documents
o Prepare export documentation
o Maintain good customer/supplier relationships
o Keep maintenance within the warehouse
o Identify efficient solutions for logistical challenges
o Prepare reports for management
o Assist the production team in planning and organizing the production processes

The time of Production Assistant would be divided between the office, production areas and outside the factory.

Education and work requirements:
• Proven material management experience;
• Proven data entry working experience, typing speed and accuracy;
• Romanian fluent;
• English advanced to fluent;
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly advanced in Excel;
• Basic knowledge of design programs, such as Corel Draw/PS
• Knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
• Driving license
