PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
General Description:
A bicycle painting facility is now looking for a Production Supervisor for a full-time job.

As Production supervisor you will play a key hands-on and technical role in overseeing production team leaders and reporting to the General Manager (GM).

Core responsibilities:
• Day-to-day running of production processes in all types of manufacturing operations.
• Ensuring that production orders are produced on time, efficiently and to the best quality possible (by establishing priorities, monitoring progress, revising schedules, resolving problems, reporting results).
• Efficient management of the resources, equipment, maintenance, budgets and review of manufacturing processing.
• Introducing and enforcing discipline to keep to processes, improving processes and introducing new ones.
• Identifying and analyzing of non-compliance, weaknesses, strengths, risk points.
• Creating and monitoring action plans to improve the processes (PDCA).
• Ensuring operation of the equipment by calling for repairs, evaluating new equipment/tools and techniques.
• Ensuring that stock control is in good order.
• Managing production staff, carrying out appraisals, training, re-allocation of labor and disciplinary procedures.
• Ensuring that all production processes are compliant with health and safety requirements. Elaborating, implementing and following necessary related documents.

The time of Production supervisor would be divided between the office and production areas.

Education and work requirements:
• Technical/Engineering or Economics University degree;
• At least 2 years in a manufacturing role and at least 1 year of supervising experience;
• Romanian fluent;
• English advanced to fluent;
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly advanced in Excel;
• Basic knowledge of design programs, such as Corel Draw/PS
• Driving license.
