We are currently recruiting for a Customer Support Representatives responsible for ensuring that first-class service standards are delivered at all times and that our customers are dealt with efficiently and professionally with courtesy, quality and accuracy of content, speed and pro-active customer communication.

The Role & Responsibilities:

Liasing with engineers and customers to book convenient appointment dates

Creation of customer accounts and issuing of customer user ids and passwords on multiple systems

Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing customers via telephone and email

Prioritise, plan and manage your work load when faced with multiple tasks

Courtesy calls

Updating and maintaining account information on multiple systems

Raising invoices and purchase orders

Skills Knowledge & Experience Required:

Have a good understanding of customer service
Experience in Microsoft Office and web browsers
Good listening / communications skills
Be able to work under pressure
Team worker
Have a positive attitude
Organised and have ability to prioritise own workload
Pay attention to detail
Work diligently when maintaining customer records and ensure that all queries are resolved in a satisfactory manner
