SECRETARY (Job Ref: S - 5)
I.C.S. Petrom-Moldova S.A. is looking for a full time position of Secretary.
Main responsibilities:
• Internal documents registration;
• Organizes the meetings for internal & external attendees/visitors;
• Prepares the meetings (booking meeting rooms, informing participants about the time and place);
• Operates the incoming calls and provides proper connections;
• Receives the incoming correspondence & keeps folder for outgoing correspondence, sending letters;
• Provides timely and accurate information flow between the customers and Petrom-Moldova;
• Orders different products for the headquarter, used daily by employees;
• Ensures all necessary items for meeting rooms;
• Etc.

The ideal candidate should have the following profile:
• educational requirements: University degree;
• work experience in the secretarial field (desirable);
• languages: fluent Romanian, Russian, English (mandatory);
• computer literate;
• ability to respect the deadline set;
• excellent verbal and written presentation and communication skills.
