I.C.S. Petrom-Moldova S.A. is looking for a full time position
of Secretary.

Main responsibilities:
* Internal documents registration;
* Organizes the meetings for internal & external attendees/
visitors;
* Prepares the meetings (booking meeting rooms, informing
participants about the time and place);
* Operates the incoming calls and provides proper connections;
* Receives the incoming correspondence & keeps folder for
outgoing correspondence, sending letters;
* Provides timely and accurate information flow between the
customers and Petrom-Moldova;
* Orders different products for the headquarter, used daily by
employees;
* Ensures all necessary items for meeting rooms;
* Etc.

The ideal candidate should have the following profile:
* educational requirements: University degree;
* work experience in the secretarial field (desirable);
* languages: fluent Romanian, Russian, English (mandatory);
* computer literate;
* ability to respect the deadline set;
* excellent verbal and written presentation and communication
skills.
