Summary
As Sales Manager you will be responsible for identifying new clients, new markets and opportunities.
Overall responsibilities include negotiating the strongest deals for Froggy Heart, identifying new projects and opportunities and deliver on revenue goals.
This role is also responsible for communicating both internal and external client feedback, establishing and maintaining trust with clients and establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with project manager/producer.

Responsibilities will include:
• Prepare and customize sales materials, research, and support information.
• Own network statistics reports.
• Build studio client portfolio.
• Develop sales presentations that include dynamic paid media and integrated marketing proposals.
• Prepare bids which include all of the required information.
• Organize pre-production meetings.
• Secure that Schedule is available.
• Liaise with Producer to ensure client is aware of overtime/overages in a timely manner.
• Manage company’s sales system, prospecting tools, and forecast reports as needed.
• Participate in sales presentations and conference calls as needed.
• Review industry trades to stay current with developments in online advertising and online media. Research, capture and share competitive market information.
• Works close with Project Manager to ensure bid is in line with client requirements.
• Communicate and work closely with accounting to ensure accurate billing.
• Obtain PO (Purchase Order) from client and follow-up when necessary.
• Provide assistance with payments upon request.
• Reports to Producer.

Required Experience
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of previous sales experience in a digital media or digital marketing company
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or other business-related field preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Effective time management and multitasking skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills; must be able to interface with internal and external clients seamlessly
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
• Deep knowledge base of post-production and the associated workflows.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Sales Force and/or other CRM experience
• Must be able to work independently with little supervision.
• Familiarity with Ad Words and YouTube CMS
• Sound business judgment and integrity.
• Fluency in Romanian, Russian and English.
• Ability to work as a part of a cohesive team with all departments.
• Must be detail oriented.
