Job DescriptionThe Food Delivery Courier is responsible for collecting prepared food orders from restaurants, cafés and other food establishments and delivering them safely and on time to customers at the address indicated in the delivery application.Main ResponsibilitiesReceive and accept food delivery orders through the company's mobile application.Pick up prepared food orders from restaurants, cafés and partner establishments.Check the order before leaving to ensure that the correct items have been received.Transport food orders safely and maintain the integrity and quality of the products.Deliver orders to the customer's specified address within the required delivery time.Use GPS, navigation applications and delivery software to select efficient routes.Communicate politely and professionally with customers and restaurant staff.Contact customers when necessary regarding delivery instructions or difficulties finding the address.Collect payment from customers when cash-on-delivery is applicable and properly report the received amount.Follow Moldova's road traffic rules and all company safety procedures.Keep the delivery bag/container and transportation vehicle clean and in good working condition.Report cancelled, delayed, damaged or incorrectly prepared orders to the dispatcher/company.Maintain accurate delivery records through the company's application.Complete the required number of deliveries and meet the company's service standards.Protect customer information and maintain professional confidentiality.
