Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and manage recruitment channels suitable for potential candidates;
- Create and post recruitment ads;
- Select right candidates based on CVs;
- Contact selected candidates for an interview;
- Actively participation in the process of interviewing and selecting candidates;
- Manage and update our database with candidates
- Providing support to the company on the process of recruiting and potential candidates evaluation;
- Monitoring local market;

Requirements:
- High Education Degree (preferably in Psychology / Humanities / Economics);
- Great organizing, communication and interaction with people
- Ability to track and solve multiple recruitment /selection projects
- Efficient time management and setting up the priority tasks;
- Team work involvement
- Good Command of MS Office (Word, Excel);
- Fluent English
