Event & PR Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
Various administrative tasks (writing documents, mailings, reports, scenarios, data entry, mail merge and record/file keeping)
Communicating with numerous kinds of people and personalities via telephone, email and face-to-face interaction
Event set-up and tear down
Accommodate special guests (hotels, celebrity dinners and travel arrangements)
Coordinate and carry out event activities (contests, autograph sessions, awards parade, entertainment, etc.)
Searching and writing proposals for new partners to come to our events by sharing the budget
Writing articles/information for event magazines
Traveling and attending various other shows to promote our events

Job Requirements:
University degree
Excellent writing and communication skills in Romanian, Russian and English
Microsoft Office skills required
Advanced computer software skills are a plus
Details oriented
Team player
Organized
Motivated, high level of energy and work ethic
Beer market knowledge
