Position summary- 5 positions

A new research project for software security platform is launched in Comodo Group. For Iasi office, we are looking for a Software Development Manager you will manage Software Developers from one or multiple teams, help definition and control of software development processes, lead design and implementation.

Responsibilities
• Lead software architecture;
• Lead several team leads and attract new talents into your team;
• Coordinate the integration effort of code deliverables from different teams, coordinate deployment and release process;
• Act as a Product Owner when necessary, manage projects direction with the help of program manager and product manager;
• Manage process of technical delivery end to end;
• Help to implement software automation process to be used on Web and Desktop applications to ensure production stability;
• Provide operational reports regarding Development process.

Requirements
• Strong background in C++ (but not limited to);
• Strong knowledge of: programming, design patterns, OOP, processes, threads, inter-process communications and synchronisations mechanisms;
• A person who was or is in essence a technical person (former Software Engineer, Technical Lead, Software Architect);
• Previous experience as a programmer, software developer.

Not mandatory, but would be a plus:
• Degree in Computer Science or similar;
• Experience in conceiving and writing scalable and secured software scratch with a R&D team;
• Experience working with relational and non-relational databases.
