We’re looking for recruiter to work in our office in Chisinau.

IPF Jobs is Polish Work Agency since 2009 recruiting for clients in different European countries in the production sector.

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for independent person who would take on the challenge of working in our new office in Moldova. Ideally you would be self-reliant person with university degree (preferably in human resources related studies) and at least some experience in recruitment area. Fluent level of English is required in this job.

In this role you would be responsible for the following tasks:

- preparing and posting jobs to appropriate job boards and newspapers
- building database of qualified candidates
- screening candidates resumes and job applications
- conducting interviews with candidates
- selecting candidates
- helping new employees with all the paper work
