PRODUCTION MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan, lead, control and execute all activities related to the production process. Ensure the efficiency of project outputs and products leading. Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule. Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programs. Ensure standardization of operations and consistent application of rules and regulation on all three shifts. Managing product life cycle. Develop product forecasts. Working with plant managers to implement the company's policies and goals. Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed. Reviewing workers’ performance. Driving continuous improvement activities. Continually focus on our customers’ needs and expectations.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Education: Higher education in a related field (Textile production, Engineering, Economics or others)
Experience: 3+ years of experience within a production area. Minimum one year of experience as a Department manager or group lead position (overseeing the day to day management and oversight of all department operations).
Language skills: written and oral fluency in Romanian and English.
Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point.
Other skills: Analytical thinking, problem solving oriented, and ability to multi-tasking. Strong interpersonal communication skills. Demonstrated track record of success and career progression.
Knowledgeable in technology.
