Our client, Leading Moldovian winery, is looking for a competitive and result driven Brand Manager.

Marketing Coordinator / Brand Manager ( Wine industry)

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Creating and owning the brand identity and developing marketing initiatives for a set of brand products
• Creation and execution of marketing activity (consumer communication) through internal/banner mediums as well as external mediums (packaging design, promotions, in-store ads, print, TV, radio, outdoor, web, social, app, PR, etc.)
• An acute eye for detail and discerning ability to differentiate the visual representation of a brand through the eyes of the customer
• Identifying consumer insight and innovation opportunities
• Increase brand awareness, relevant differentiation, value, accessibility and emotional connection, articulate proper brand positioning
• Monitor performance measurements to ensure sales volume, share and profit objectives are accomplished. Recommends and implements corrective actions
• Identify, develop, and manage new business relationships and opportunities through community outreach, professional organizations, social engagements, business networking
• Actively convert relationships to new client contracts, and grow business within established accounts

Job Requirements:
• Fluency in Romanian, Russian and English
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position (brand manager, assistant marketing manager etc.) within the FMCG industry (ideally wine industry) or marketing agency which works with winery accounts
• Knowledge of category/product/portfolio/brand management
• Ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects with attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good creative thinking and writing skills
• Strong computer skills, MS Office, design programs
