Assignment Title: Communication Officer for Moldova Agricultural Competitiveness Project (MAC-P)
Reference No.: MACP/CS/IC-4.14

The Objective of the Moldova Agriculture Competitiveness Project is to contribute to enhancing the agro-food sector competitiveness by supporting the modernization of food safety and quality management systems, facilitating market access, and promoting agro-environmental adaptation.

The main purpose of consultancy services to be provided within these Terms of Reference is to ensure systematic communication of MAC-P progress; overview and provision of recommendations on communication strategies applied.

The Consultant should meet the following qualifications:
• Academic background in journalism, communication or other relevant area;
• At least 5 years of professional experience in communication (preferably in projects financed by international organizations);
• Experience in organizing and implementing communication campaigns (involving TV, radio, written media, web media);
• Experience in web-sites management;
• Excellent computer skills;
• Flexibility and good analytical skills;
• Good knowledge of Romanian, Russian and English languages.

The consultancy services will last till December 2015 with possible extension throughout the life of the project.
