Accountant

As a result of another substantial increase in operations in Moldova, Grant Thornton is looking for new accountants to join our expanding Outsourcing department in Chisinau.

Profile and qualifications:
• University degree in Economics (preferably Accounting and Finance)
• Strong knowledge of local National Accounting Standards and legislation; IFRS knowledge would be a plus;
• 2+ years accounting/finance experience;
• Previous working experience in a multinational company would be a plus;
• Detail oriented, organized, committed to deadlines and autonomous;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus;
• Fluent Romanian, both verbal and written, English and other language would be a plus
• Good knowledge in operating within the accounting software 1C.
• IT knowledge (MS Office)
