GPG – Global Phoning Group is an outsourcing company that operates Call Center services and offers cost-effective BPO solutions at highest quality since 2007.

GPG contact center gathers over 250 multilingual call operators who are engaged into providing a wide range of services including inbound, outbound , back office support and other non-voice BPO services in English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Russian, Romanian and other languages.
Being customer-oriented and business-oriented, GPG call center goal is to establish long-term partnership by implementing strong customer relationship marketing.

We are currently recruiting:
A dynamic, self-motivated individual with experience and skills in web content management, writing and editing for the web, information updating.

In addition to writing, editing, and proofreading site content, this person will also work closely with the technical team to maintain site standards with regard to new development. The website content manager will also be responsible for crafting site promotions, email newsletters, and online outreach campaigns. The content manager will work closely with technical, business development, and marketing members of our organization, so strong communication skills are needed. Tasks require a strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities
- Create, develop and manage content for organization’s web presence
- Copy-edit and proofread all web content
- Suggest and create digital marketing strategies

Required Skills
Communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Bachelor’s degree preferably in IT, Journalism, Business or a related field
Good team working skills
An understanding of online writing issues and content structure
Advanced English (grammar, punctuation and spelling), knowledge of French language being an additional asset
The ability to write for a target audience
Creative skills
Computer and Internet literate, up to date with recent IT developments.

The right person will have a solid work ethic, excellent attention to detail and integrity.
