TLC Language Center is hiring an Assistant Manager!

TLC Language Center is looking for an Assistant Manager to work in our office in Chisinau. We engage, reward, and retain the top talent to maintain the reputation of our company as it continues to deliver high-caliber services.

What this person will do:

• Assist with daily office tasks;
• Provide information about our services to clients in person and/or on the phone;
• Answer emails;
• Brainstorm and develop innovative ideas to develop TLC Language Center;
• Provide customer service and educate customers on the opportunities we offer;
• Have fun and grow with us.

Requirements:

• University Degree or equivalent practical experience;
• Excellent command of English, Romanian, and Russian ;
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment;
• Desire to learn and grow professionally;
• Be organized and know how to delegate tasks;
• Previous experience in project management is an advantage;
• Experience in Customer Service is an advantage;
• Experience leading teams, with a strong focus on coaching and mentoring is an advantage;
• Be a self-starter and a go-getter;
• Ability to think strategically and ability to make changes to meet strategic needs;
• Professionalism;
• Likeable personality.
