About company:
The company INSOFT srl operates in Moldova seven years and this is one of the centers of the development of the company InControl (USA). Similar development centers are established in Kharkov (Ukraine) and Gomel (Belarus).This group of companies are operating under the brand-name CM Latitude.

The main direction of development group of companies, including INSOFT srl, is the development of effective content management systems based on EMC Documentum products using cloud - technology.

Company INSOFT srl is involved in the development of software for direct contracts with the corporation EMC (USA). Leading the company's employees are invited to work in the USA under contract for the period running up to 6 months.

Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Will have at least 3-5 years of experience developing production quality commercial software
- Reviews, analyzes, and modifies existing software systems including coding, testing, debugging, and installation
- Develops new editorial tools and applications in support of Content Management Systems.
- Create the functional and technical specifications used to implement solutions at an enterprise level.
- Conducts hands-on application development of software and technology leveraging Java, JDBC, J2EE (JMS, JSP, Servlets, Web Services), JFC, Java Swing, SQL server, XML, XSLT, Tomcat, Topic Map technology, RDF, Linux
- Utilize cross technologies (C#, VC++, MFC, SQL Server) as part of development when required in a project.
- Create Integration and Unit test plans, perform integration/unit testing based on documented test plans, and document results of the test plan execution
- Delivers artifacts within planned time lines
- Understands and applies organization's processes, procedures, design, coding and quality standards
- Communicates status of work in a timely fashion
- Works independently and is as well a team player
- Conducts reviews and evaluations of the work completed by peers
