On the market for almost a century, today this multinational company has over 1 500 employees, serving professional and consumer markets through three overlapping sectors: Healthcare, Lighting and Consumer Lifestyle. Currently a Key Account Manager is needed to operate on the Moldovan market within the Lighting sector.

Responsibilities:
- Create high quality and detailed yearly sales plan in cooperation with management, setting targets and plan activities;
- Implement sales plan and provide feedback to the management;
- Initialize customer tailored sales promotions including quality monitoring and improvement actions realization if needed;
- Develop, maintain and improve long-term partnership with customers, at the same time approaching new potential customers;
- Ensure queries are solved effectively balancing service and cost;
- Maximize the in-store presence of the product portfolio;
- Translate global visions into local market contexts to maximize sales in the target market.

Requirements:
- Sales and/or sales management experience in Lighting industry and/or electrical, energetic sectors;
- Project business development experience considered as a plus;
- Comprehensive knowledge of sales processes;
- Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred;
- Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Strong spoken and written communication skills. Billingual (Romanian and Russian), English being a plus;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as solid presentation skills;
- Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills;
- Driving license, fully available to travel for work, within and outside the country.
