Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible to network Designing, plan, implement, integrate, migrate, software Commissioning, Cutover and perform acceptance test for UMTS / GSM / WIMAX / LTE /PS network.
2. Lead or be part of global technical delivery team. Supervise team in technical related matter. Provide technical supporting, include dealing with technical problem and fault, maintenance operation, and devices upgrading.
3. As technical point of contact, e.g. engineering team, customer, and vendor, to provide training to employees and customers.
4. To engage directly with marketing team, project team, and customer for the purpose of promoting and delivering strategic services.
5. To analyze network performance, resolve complex network problem, and optimize network architecture.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s Degree qualification or above majoring in Telecommunication / IT / Computer Science / Engineering / or other related technical discipline.
2. Preferably with 2 years or above relevant working experience. Experience in wireless devices of GSM/CDMA/WCDMA network is preferred.
3. Possess skill in any of the following area: RAN / BSS of UMTS / GSM / WIMAX / LTE.
4. Able to work in fast pace working environment. Strong adaptability in different countries, cultures and independent on problem solutions in different environment.
5. Customer service oriented and good presentation skill. Have excellent team spirit with good communications and interpersonal skills.
6. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing capability, fluent English speakers preferred.
7. Frequent business trips or being accredited overseas will be required, around 80% of business travel per year.
