Client Support Service, no cold calls, no sales!

Main Responsibilities:
- Receiving calls from US based customers;
- Processing questions coming from the company's customers;
- Replying to customer requests, being polite, attentive and offering high-quality customer service.

Job Requirements:
- Upper intermediate or fluency in English;
- Sociability and proven experience in conflict resolution;
- Reliability, punctuality and organizational skills;
- Politeness and stress resistance
- The desire to grow and develop with us
- Problem-solving competencies.
- User level computer literacy.

Day shift 12:00 – 21:00 (1 hour lunch), 2 days off each week
Night Shift 21:00 - 06:00 ( 1 hour lunch), 2 days off each week
Flexible afternoon shifts available (part time, day /night).
