We are IT Diamonds, a fast growing recruitment, outsource & software house company located in Warsaw with several big partners & clients. Currently, we are looking for an accomplished experts for the role of Software Developer – Big Data willing to relocate to Poland and work for leading international companies from the telecommunication, financial, manufacturing and pharmacy sectors. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Develop Big Data ETL engine
• Migrate existing ETL jobs between old and new clusters
• Perform other software development tasks while participating in different projects

Preferred skills and experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or equivalent combination of skills, experience and education
• Very good English level both written and spoken
• 5+ years’ experience as a software developer; wide knowledge of programming languages: JAVA, C#
• Knowledge of python and bash
• Ability to understand and create SQL code (MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle)
• Knowledge of both Linux and Windows environment
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Knowledge of Apache Hadoop – HDFS, MapReduce, Spark, Pig/Hive, Parquet, Flume
• Knowledge of Cloudera Impala will be an advantage
• Knowledge of RabbitMQ will be an advantage

• Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Must be detail-oriented and dedicated to accuracy
• Must be able to work and provide support as part of a team
