To provide efficient administrative and concierge support for internationally–based busy entrepreneurs, small business owners and corporate top-management, we are looking for a positive, customer-centric and reliable personality to perform the assignments in the fields:
- Online Research;
- Database entries and management;
- Data presentations: turning raw data into Power Point presentation or summarizing research in Word;
- Managing emails, follow-ups and reminders;
- Social tasks, customer interaction management;
- Travel Research: finding hotels, booking airfares, mapping out trip itineraries both for business and pleasure;
- Scheduling: dealing with meeting invitations, scheduling appointments with clients and helping to plan events;
- Industry knowledge preparation: to keep tabs on the most important happenings;
- Phone: Outbound calling to clients, vendors or others.
Your skills:
- Previous sourcing experience preferred;
- Previous negotiating experience preferred;
- Strong English, Russian skills required (Written and spoken), knowledge of other languages is an advantage;
- A high-speed internet connection;
- Solid phone access; landline or dependable cell phone;
- Availability during working hours to respond to and engage with your clients;
- Familiarity with standard assistant tools like Microsoft Office, Google Docs, GoogleCalendar, etc.;
- Ability to multitask and take on multiple projects;
- Ability to meet deadlines;
- Strong communications skills and attention to detail a must;
- Strong desire to help people and a positive attitude.
