HR-Consulting (www.search4staff.com) on behalf of its client, an international company is looking for candidates to fill the position of:

UX and Graphic Designer

The company:
R&D office of the International Company, provider of communications products and services

Responsibilities:
•Produce detailed UI specifications (wireframes) to guide the development team on new features and individual product;.
•Create visual designs of graphics, icons, animations, user interface elements, and visual design specifications and Guidelines (Style Guides);
•Work with engineering to ensure the technical feasibility of designs and guide the interface through the development process.
•Work closely with the product manager to define the operational concept of specific operations which are parts of the management of telecommunication networks, with emphasis on helping the users to perform their day-to-day task efficiently.

Qualifications & Experience:
•Minimum 5 years work experience in GUI design.
•In-depth knowledge of formal design principles, and experience applying them.
•Expert level proficiency with visual design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and more.
•Proven knowledge of UI/UX practices and implementation and the knowledge of usability in web design for well-known types of media (e.g., desktop, tablets and mobile)
•Strong portfolio featuring examples of GUI, Web, Icons, etc.
•Experience in designing enterprise web application is a strong plus
•Familiarity with Network Management Systems (NMS/OSS/BSS) is a plus
•Familiarity and experience with Silverlight and HTML5 technologies is a plus
•Good problem solving, organizational and documentation skills.
•English – High level read, write, speak capabilities – a must.
•Strong interpersonal, collaborative and communication skills are required.
