Position Purpose:
The incumbent is responsible for providing support in developing the training & development strategy within local organization. He/she is also accountable for designing training programs to sustain organization development and performance as well as delivering training and coaching sessions.

Job requirements:
• University degree;
• Minimum one year of experience in a similar role; experience within an international environment represents an advantage;
• Experience in sales represents an asset;
• Highly developed communication and presentation skills;
• Very good planning & organizing skills;
• Proactive attitude;
• Good English knowledge;
• Good PC skills: MS Office;
• Driving license.
