Amdaris are looking for an experienced Talent Manager who is focused on empowering managers and teams in building their capability to maximise the performance of their work and recruiting new talent. The candidate must have impeccable inter-personal skills and have previous experience of management, building strong relationships and successful working relationships at all levels of the business.

Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
- Proven ability to lead and motivate large teams and create an engaging, performance focused working environment.
- Ability to influence without authority and build strong relationships at all levels.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to bring new ideas and thought leadership to initiatives.
- Demonstrated strong relationship building skills with a superior ability to make things happen through the use of impact and influence skills and by nurturing key stakeholder relationships.
- Pro-active leader with proven decision-making skills and the ability to manage commitments effectively in order to successfully achieve multiple, competing priorities.
- A strong understanding of human resources programs, policies and practices; specifically those related to recruitment, employment equity and workplace diversity.
- Highly developed critical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment activity and lead the recruitment campaign.
- Lead the on-going development programme and employee appraisals.
- Lead the reward and recognition structure.
- Manage the induction of new starters.
- Develop policies, procedures and updating the handbook in line with company and legislative requirements.
- Manage all aspects of employee relations.
- Provide an ad hoc advisory service.
