One of the largest and most successful logistics provider company is looking for a Staff manager for their office located in Chisinau.

Requirements:
- Higher education
- Practical experience in personnel management
- Good knowledge of Russian, Romanian, English languages
Will be an advantage
- Practical experience in the recruitment
- Practical experience as a HR manager
- Work experience in performance appraisal
- Experience and skills in HR outsourcing

Key responsibilities:
- Management of the personnel
- Organization of training
- Organization of recruiting and performance appraisal
- Maintaining HR outsourcing in full
