• Bachelor Degree in Computer Sciences
• writing high quality code is a must
• solving complex problems on the projects
• excellent Ruby-on-Rails development skills is a must
• experience in leading people and teams is a must
• experience of Department Manager is a plus
• high motivation and engagement to work in an open source project environment with international customers
• experience in Agile development frameworks, i.e. Scrum, or Kanban is a must
• advanced knowledge of English
• knowledge of German is considered a plus
• great coaching, mentoring and coordinating skills
• independent in decision-making
• continuous learner
