London based glass processing company established 1967.We are currently recruiting a Receptionist that can perform the following duties:Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
A friendly and professional individual at all times, be able to look after several things at once and always stay calm, sometimes under pressure.
Receptionist need to have an ear to the ground and be aware of everything that’s going in an organisation, from knowing which important meetings will be taking place to co-ordinating deliveries and organising travel arrangements for staff. You'll also often be the first person that employees and potential clients see, so you're always representing the company.
Skills/Qualifications: Telephone Skills, Verbal Communication, Microsoft Office Skill, Professionalism, Organization.
