Responsibilities:
A.Realization of network planning and optimization project for commercial LTE/WCDMA network all over the CEE&Nordic, mainly in Moldova
B.Radio network optimization for commercial projects (performance improvement). Perform the LTE/WCDMA RF parameters and RRM parameters optimization. To optimize the radio network based on the OMC statistics, drive test data and tracing.
C.Development of NP&NO guidelines and process for projects purposes
D.Support sales, technical sales and marketing in bidding and communication with customers on RNP and RNO issues
E.Technical communication with the experts from customer
Requirements:
A.University degree or above in Telecommunication, Electronic or equivalent
B.Expert in LTE/WCDMA technology and UTRAN products, including radio system design and system management, radio resource management, radio optimization and performance tuning. Be familiar with the tools network planning and optimization.
C.Knowledge of Siemens and Nokia LTE/UTRAN are the advantage
D.Excellent team spirit with good communications and interpersonal skills.
E.Able to work well in a fast-paced changing environment.
F.Willing to travel with short noticed
G.Ability to cooperate and work with people from different cultures
H.Fluent oral and written English
