Job Description:
• As a Service Desk Engineer you will be in charge of the First Level technical support towards professional users.
• Accurate identification of user problems via IT support tools and remote tools.
• Accurate and/or timely escalation of problems to the Second Level support group.
• Correct identification of the cause of the problem and determination of the most suitable solution.
• Promotion of the services of the IT call center to the professional users.
Profile:
• Licentiate.
• Express yourself fluently in both spoken and written English.
• Good Knowledge of:
o MS Windows
o MS Office pro
• Motivation, discipline, well-structured and flexibility are your key characteristics.
