HR Manager in IT company
Main Requirements:
- Experience in the position of HR manager (generalist) for at least 3-5 years. Experience in the IT company. Organization and implementation of all the blocks of the system of personnel management: recruitment, hiring, adaptation, motivation, retention, performance evaluation, training and development, working with personnel reserve, team building activities and conflict management, participation in the planning staff.
- Experience in the administration of benefits and compensation programs and other Human Resources programs.
- Experience in creating and implementing HR Policies and Procedures to insure building a strong and well-functioning team.
Additional Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development or equivalent.
- Specialized training in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations.
- Romanian and Russian at an Advanced level, must be able to write / converse.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Effective oral and written communication.
