HR-Consulting on behalf of its client is looking for candidates to fill the position of
Customer care department manager
Company:
International Hospital
Responsibilities:
Organizing the work of call center, appointing, registering and cashiering units
Participating at recruiting, organizing training and evaluating the performance of 30 customer care employees
Coaching and motivating the employees in order to achieve the best customer care services
Monitoring daily call center, appointing, registering and cashiering activities
Optimizing the customer care service
Requirements:
University Degree, medical background would be an advantage- but not must
Experience in managerial position with number of subordinates more than 30
Experience in customer care field
Leadership skills and excellent people management skills
Perfect English, Romanian and Russian
